This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of early childhood education in a dynamic and supportive school environment.About The RoleAs the Director of Early Learning, you will be responsible for the strategic, operational, and educational leadership of our Early Learning Centres. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment, ensuring compliance with national and state regulations, and driving excellence in early childhood education.You guide team of dedicated educators and collaborate closely with families, school leadership, and the wider community.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and implementation of high-quality educational programs aligned with VEYLDF and the National Quality Framework.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.Foster strong relationships with families, children, staff, and the broader school community.Oversee staff recruitment, induction, professional development, and performance management.Manage budgets, enrolments, and administrative processes.Coordinate transition programs, excursions, and specialist activities.About YouYou are an experienced early childhood professional with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of child development and curriculum frameworks.
