Director of Finance – Greater Toronto AreaWe’re supporting a well-established consumer goods organization in a search for a Director of Finance to lead the full finance function for their Canadian business. This includes FP&A, accounting and compliance, supply chain finance, reporting, controls, and team leadership.This role oversees a large, multi-disciplinary team and serves as a key strategic partner to the Canadian leadership group. The focus is on financial performance, transformation, process improvement, business partnering and elevating business decision-making.Key Responsibilities• Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end results, and financial reporting• Partner with commercial, operations, and supply chain leaders on strategy and performance• Strengthen controls, compliance, SOX, and audit readiness• Oversee balance sheet health, working capital, cash flow, AR/AP, tax compliance• Lead, develop, and optimize a team of 10+ (mix of managers and individual contributors)• Support ongoing transformation across systems, analytics, planning tools, and process redesignWhat We’re Looking For• 10-15+ years across FP&A, accounting, operations/supply chain finance, and business partnership• Experience leading teams across multiple finance functions• CPA strongly preferred and/or prior experience in public accounting / advisory / consulting• Strong ability to influence leadership, drive change, and elevate financial insights• Background in a multi-SKU, product-driven, or consumer goods environment is a plusCompensation & Benefits• Base salary approximately $140K-$180K CAD (flexible to go higher, just let us know what you need to consider a move)• Target bonus ~25% (with the potential for above-target payouts)• Comprehensive competitive health benefits• Retirement plan and company match• Paid Vacation and Holidays• Plus Additional BenefitsLocation• Mississauga / West GTA (hybrid)Interested?If you’re an experienced finance leader open to exploring this opportunity, you’re welcome to apply today for immediate consideration.
