US Orthopaedic Partners (USOP) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Front-End Revenue Cycle to lead enterprise-wide front-end RCM operations across multiple practices.This Role Will OverseeEligibility & Benefits VerificationPrior AuthorizationPatient Cost EstimationFinancial CounselingPoint-of-Service CollectionsRCM-related Customer ServiceThe ideal candidate is a strong operational leader with experience driving process standardization, building scalable SOPs, leading change, and delivering measurable financial outcomes.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead and standardize front-end RCM operations across all practicesDevelop and implement SOPs for eligibility, authorizations, estimations, and collectionsImprove clean claim rate and reduce front-end denialsEnhance POS collections and patient financial engagementBuild performance dashboards and monitor KPIsPartner with operations, providers, and vendors to drive efficiency and accountabilityLead organizational change initiatives to consolidate and optimize workflowsThis Position Is Critical ToImproving cash flow predictabilityReducing denials and downstream AR burdenEnhancing patient financial transparencyStandardizing enterprise RCM infrastructureSupporting private equity value creationRequirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)8+ years of progressive RCM leadership experienceDeep knowledge of eligibility, prior authorization, patient estimations, and collectionsExperience in multi-site healthcare environments preferredStrong analytical, operational, and leadership skillsPhysical Demands & Working ConditionsProfessional office or remote work environmentMay require travel to practice locations and corporate officesFast-paced, deadline-driven environmentInteraction with cross-functional leadership, providers, vendors, and operational teamsFlexibility to manage competing priorities and enterprise initiativesThe duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and other tasks not mentioned here may be required.
