A fast-growing retail & lifestyle group operating multiple brands across fashion, eyewear, resale, and digital commerce is looking for a Growth & Digital Lead to accelerate expansion across the UAE and GCC.This is a senior, high-impact position for someone who wants to build and scale multiple consumer-facing brands, manage digital growth, drive partnerships, and support the launch of new retail concepts and digital platforms.⭐ About the RoleAs the Growth & Digital Lead, you will work directly with the CEO to drive revenue, build strategic partnerships, scale online performance, lead key marketing initiatives, and support new business launches.You will manage digital acquisition, partnerships, influencer activations, marketplace growth, and B2B development for new product lines, while strengthening our existing retail and e-commerce business.You will be responsible for growing multiple brands under one group, ensuring cohesive strategy and execution.⭐ Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Growth & PerformanceLead performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.Plan and execute full-funnel digital campaigns across all group brands.Improve conversion rate and customer journey across e-commerce platforms.Manage Klaviyo email & WhatsApp flows.Oversee SEO (agency or in-house execution).Brief and coordinate content creators, UGC, and production teams.Business Development & PartnershipsBuild strategic partnerships with gyms, clubs, retail stores, and lifestyle venues.Secure brand collaborations, retail activations, and campaign partnerships.Develop and manage influencer relationships across UAE & KSA.Lead ambassador and community programs.B2B & Distribution DevelopmentExpand wholesale distribution for new product lines across UAE & KSA.Pitch products to retailers, gyms, concept stores, and hospitality venues.Coordinate brand positioning, sampling, and sales support materials.Marketplace & Platform GrowthDrive seller acquisition for our digital marketplace.Support platform upgrades and onboarding of new sellers.Optimize engagement and retention across marketplace users.Launch Support for New Retail & Digital ConceptsSupport marketing strategy for new store openings and new platforms.Execute launch campaigns, partnerships, PR outreach, and event coordination.Monitor customer feedback and growth opportunities during the first phases.Reporting & StrategyBuild weekly/monthly performance dashboards across all brands.Analyze data and propose revenue-driving initiatives.Identify market gaps, trends, and expansion opportunities.Act as a key strategic advisor to the CEO.⭐ Requirements4–10 years experience in growth, digital marketing, e-commerce, or business development.Strong hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok).Understanding of retail, fashion, or consumer lifestyle industries is a major advantage.Ability to juggle multiple brands and projects simultaneously.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.⭐ What We OfferA strategic leadership role across multiple brands.Opportunity to shape and grow newly launched retail and digital ventures.Direct collaboration with the CEO and executive team.Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with major growth potential.Competitive salary + performance bonus.Long-term career progression to Head of Growth or Group General Manager.
