Currently experiencing a period of sustained growth and expansion they are seeking a Director, Growth to join their executive team. The Director will have the mandate to identify, design, and deliver revenue-generating initiatives—ranging from new service offerings to strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations and retirement communities.Reporting to the President, this is a great opportunity for a commercially minded leader with a consulting or professional services background to step into a role that blends strategy, execution, and impact. This role offers the chance to build on a strong foundation: the organization already has a senior, deeply experienced operations team ensuring excellence in care delivery. The Director of Growth’s focus will be squarely on driving top-line growth, creating scalable programs, and shaping the future of the organization’s presence.Role ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of growth strategies, including new programs, partnerships, and market entry initiatives.Identify and secure opportunities with healthcare providers, community organizations, and private partners to expand reach and create innovative care pathways (e.g., transitional hospital-to-home programs, dementia support initiatives, cluster care models).Oversee special projects that enhance visibility and revenue, including marketing pilots, new digital initiatives, and local market growth campaigns.Translate strategic ideas into actionable plans while managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.Build strong credibility with an experienced senior leadership team, contributing to both day-to-day progress and long-term vision.Desired QualificationsBackground in management consulting, strategy, or professional services, ideally with exposure to healthcare, private services, or other client-centered industries.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience turning strategy into operational outcomes.Commercial orientation, with a demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue.Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at senior levels internally and externally.Executive maturity, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and mission-driven environment.Please note that at present, legal eligibility to work in Canada is a prerequisite for this role.This open role is currently being featured by Thorek/Scott and Partners!
