The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, facilitating employee development programs, and managing employee benefits and compensation. The Director will also handle conflict resolution and work to foster a positive and productive work environment.QualificationsProven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance managementStrong knowledge of labor laws and complianceAbility to develop and implement HR strategies and policiesExcellent conflict resolution and communication skillsExperience in managing employee benefits and compensationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)SPHR or PHR Certification is a plusAbility to work on-site in Torrance, CA
