This is a strategic leadership role for someone passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams and driving innovation through people.What You’ll DoStrategic Leadership & CultureAct as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on organizational design, talent strategy, and employee experienceFoster a culture of inclusion, performance, and innovationLead initiatives related to team health, engagement, DEI, and retentionTalent Acquisition & Pipeline ManagementOwn the end-to-end candidate funnel, from sourcing to offer stageRefine processes for inbound applications, referrals, and recruiter-submitted candidatesBuild and maintain a structured talent pool database with segmented pipelines (pre-qualified candidates, niche skillsets, alumni, future needs)Employer Brand & Candidate ExperienceDrive initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the tech and consulting sectorsOversee candidate communication workflows to ensure a consistent, high-touch experiencePartner with marketing on branding content such as culture blogs and team spotlightsPeople Operations & LifecycleOwn employee onboarding and offboarding programs to ensure strong first and last impressionsDevelop frameworks for performance management, goal setting, and feedbackManage core People policies (leave, compliance, benefits) in collaboration with legal/opsLeverage systems and tools to streamline HR operations and workflowsTeam Development & Coaching (Longer Term)Design and oversee learning and development programsProvide coaching and development support to people managers and executivesChampion internal mobility and career progression pathwaysWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in People & Culture leadership roles, ideally within tech or consulting environmentsStrong track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational developmentAbility to balance strategic vision with hands-on executionPassion for fostering inclusive, innovative, and high-performance culturesCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $160,000 – $175,000Performance bonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits packageCompetitive vacation policyLocationToronto, ON – Hybrid flexibility availableIf you’re ready to make an impact and help shape the future of a growing software development company, we’d love to hear from you.
