Seven to ten years' experience in supervision and management of professional and technical disciplines. Mustpossess leadership ability and have good human relations skills. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Well-developed problem solving skills and ability toconceptual alternatives. Must have ability to interpret blue prints. Must have knowledge of plumbing, electrical and air conditioning related to healthcare facilities. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulation. Have knowledge and can produce a scope ofwork and URCA for each construction and renovation projects. Able to communicate effectively with management, design professionals, project teams, clients, contractors andsub-contractors. Responsible for managing multiple projects and project teams in support of projects. Ability to work with contractors and resolving construction issues. Must be able to report to work in the eventof a disaster or after hour's emergencies.*** Hospital experience strongly preferred***Required Education/Years Of ExperienceAn Bachelor degree in engineering, architecture, safety, emergency and disaster management, constructionmanagement or related fields preferred. Seven to ten years experience in supervision and management ofprofessional an technical disciplines.Required Licenses/CertificationsA certification in Medical GasCommunication SkillsAbility to effectively communicate in English, both in writing and orally, with all levels of the organization.Must be able to pass Background and Drug Test screenings.
