Have a permanent role available as a "Quality Director" in Bogor, East Jakarta at a global MNC.***PLEASE READ***BUDGET: open to discussHIGH LEVEL DETAILS:Must come from MNCsMust speak good English and some Bahasa (a work visa is provided if needed)Lead a team of >25 so you must have strong leadership skillsOversee the Quality organization in a manufacturing capacity so you must have good experience in QA and QCMust have a good manufacturing background (i.e. GMP) + understands product developmentRegional stakeholder managementIndustries: must have industry experience from either pharma, FMCG/personal care, beauty/cosmetics, or chemicalsSOFT SKILLS: proactive/takes initiative, hands-on, good interpersonal skills, stakeholder mgmt at all levels, open-minded, able to build positive relationships, gets things done, strategic mindset, results-oriented, enjoys being a coach/mentor
