With pioneering facility, Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia has succeeded to halve its carbon footprint and produce ultra-pure products under the brand of Unioleo.Currently we are looking for active and passionate individual to be a part of our Winning Team as Quality Regulatory Compliance Assistant Manager. This role will focus on quality assurance and regulatory compliance for oleochemical products, ensuring adherence to ISO standards, GMP+, REACH registration, RSPO, Halal, Kosher, and sustainability certifications.In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:Maintaining compliance documentation, managing audits, and handling customer complaints to uphold product integrity and meet global and local regulatory requirements.Involves proactive monitoring of regulatory changes, implementing robust compliance strategies, and fostering collaboration across various departments to maintain adherence to industry regulations, including quality management, food safety, sustainability, and laboratory requirements.Handle the customer complaints and make sure the improvementsQualification & Competency Required:Bachelor degree of Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry/ relevant backgroundWilling to be place and work from site at Sei Mangkei - Special Economic Zone, North SumateraHaving in-depth knowledge in Oleochemical, Soap Noodle and or Natural Surfactants5+ years of experience with strong knowledge in quality management system, Halal, Kosher and other requirements related to the oleochemical industrySelf-driven and Detail-oriented with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.Well versed in English, good verbal, presentation and written communication skills.A strong relationship builder capable of engaging effectively across diverse groups and stakeholders.Unilever is an organization committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
