Director of Recruitment – Dubai Salary: AED 40,000 – 45,000 per month + performance incentivesAbout the RoleWe are exclusively representing a leading, fast-growing real estate group in Dubai that is hiring a Director of Recruitment to lead its internal hiring function. This position is ideal for high-performing senior recruiters looking to transition from top-tier agency or executive search environments into an in-house leadership position - driving strategy, managing teams, and remaining hands-on with end-to-end recruitment delivery. You will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, partnering closely with business heads, and building recruitment frameworks that align with the company’s ambitious expansion plans.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full 360° recruitment function (search, selection, and closing).Oversee and mentor a small team of internal recruiters.Build and maintain high-performing candidate pipelines across multiple business units.Deliver strong placement numbers and meet aggressive performance targets.Partner with business heads and HR leadership to define hiring roadmaps and KPIs.Report performance data and market insights to senior leadership (VP / SVP of Recruitment).Contribute to strategic workforce planning, succession mapping, and process improvement.Represent the organisation with professionalism and discretion across all candidate and client interactions.Candidate Requirements5–8 years in 360° recruitment with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership roleExecutive Search / Professional Recruitment or Internal Recruitment within Real Estate, Project Management, Construction, Hospitality, Tech.Proven billings, consistent placements, and strong personal performanceExperience leading or mentoring recruiters / talent acquisitionDriven, competitive, commercially sharp, and high-performance orientedPreferred ProfilePersuasive, confident, and commercially minded recruiter with a “closer” mentality.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Capable of scaling internal teams and improving recruitment delivery models.Experience hiring across real estate, construction, or professional services industries.Western / European candidates preferred, though open to all nationalities.Potential progression path to Vice President of Recruitment within 12–24 months.This position is managed exclusively by TRB Senior Leadership on behalf of a major Dubai-based real estate company.We invite qualified candidates to apply with confidence
