Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to support our portfolio of multiple luxury hotel and resort projects. This role requires a commercially driven leader who can strengthen the brand’s presence in both domestic and international markets, build meaningful relationships with high-value clientele, and steer global sales strategies across all active projects.The Director of Sales will be responsible for shaping the commercial approach, driving revenue performance, and positioning our properties competitively within key global segments.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Commercial LeadershipDevelop and execute annual sales strategies across all assigned projects.Drive performance in RevPAR, ADR, TRevPAR, and overall revenue growth.Identify new business opportunities across the US, European, CIS/Russian, GCC and other premium markets.B2B & B2C Market DevelopmentLead Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Travel Trade, and OTA channels.Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel agencies, consortia, and strategic partners.Expand the brand’s reach within high-end leisure, lifestyle and premium travel segments.Industry Representation & PartnershipsRepresent the brand at international trade shows, roadshows, sales missions and curated industry events.Develop strategic alliances that elevate brand visibility and guest acquisition.Reporting & AnalyticsDeliver sales performance reports, pipeline updates and analytical insights to senior leadership.Monitor competition, market trends, and demand shifts to refine sales strategy.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of luxury hotel sales management experience.Strong commercial network and understanding of US, EU, CIS/Russia markets.Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.Fluency in EnglishAbility to operate within a multi-property / multi-project structure.NoteWe are hiring for multiple ongoing projects.
