Job Description

As Director of Solutions Delivery, you will shape how we deliver innovative life sciences solutions, leading our Global Solutions Delivery team and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. This role blends leadership and digital health and Life Sciences domain expertise to align technical execution with business goals and drive lasting impact on clinical trials and patient outcomes.The role oversees two core delivery models: Staff Augmentation and Delivery Assurance (fixed price, fixed scope engagements), and is accountable for optimizing both to balance quality, flexibility, profitability, and client satisfaction.You’ll lead a high-performing team, ensuring efficient resource use, operational excellence, and continuous innovation. You’ll build on our expertise across thousands of clinical trials, hundreds of instruments, and multiple therapeutic areas, applying our eCOA and ePRO experience to deliver tailored, regulatory-compliant solutions that boost patient engagement and accelerate speed to market. team.What you’ll do:Strategy & PlanningContribute to strategy discussions with Life Sciences Practice leadership, providing insights from Solutions delivery to inform priorities and client offerings.Design and implement innovative staffing solutions that balance flexibility, cost efficiency, and delivery quality.Lead team planning, defining resource needs, skills mix, budgets, and OKRs.Partner with People Operations to align hiring, development, and performance management with business goals.Monitor utilization levels, making strategic adjustments to balance workload and optimize revenue.Support the planning and execution of team expansion, including launching and integrating new delivery sites, ensuring consistent standards, seamless collaboration, and operational alignment across global locations.Stay ahead of industry trends and drive process improvements to optimize how we work.Share insights across Solutions Delivery and other business functions to foster innovation and efficiency.Team Leadership & DevelopmentProvide ongoing support and coaching, conducting performance reviews and career development planning for the Solutions team with direct management of Team Leads.Ensure team members have the appropriate training and skills to meet project requirements.Foster a culture focused on customer satisfaction, collaboration and accountability, proactive problem-solving, and business growth.Work closely with Resourcing to match the right people to the right work while supporting individual career aspirations.Identify promotion opportunities, address attrition risks, and improve overall employee experience.Champion Studion’s values and culture, ensuring alignment across teams and geographies.Quality & DeliveryDefine and oversee processes to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client expectations and compliance standards.Track and report on operational metrics, including team utilization, quality measures, and efficiency improvements.Collaborate with Commercial Development and Customer Success in client meetings, including new business calls and governance meetings as appropriate.Lead the implementation of new offerings, ensuring Solutions capabilities align with client needs, regulatory requirements, and business strategy.Establish and adhere to standard operating procedures and related compliance related compliance documents.Who you are:Solutions leader with 10+ years of experience in multinational professional services, driving solutions development, team leadership, technical delivery, and strategic planning.Demonstrates ownership and initiative, with a focus on solving problems, ensuring quality outcomes, and consistently going the extra mile to deliver results.Proven ability to launch new delivery sites and build cohesive operations across geographies, aligning local execution with global strategy.Strategic thinker capable of balancing technical execution with business objectives to drive revenue, efficiency, and impact.Skilled in optimizing team utilization, resource planning, and budgeting to maximize productivity.Strong collaborator who navigates differing viewpoints and aligns teams around practical, creative solutions.Excellent communicator and problem solver, adept at leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement.Change agent who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and champions innovation in processes, technology, and team practices.Deep understanding of life sciences digital solutions, clinical trials, eCOA/ePRO platforms, and
