Project Planning & Execution: Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, and create detailed plans for implementation. Problem-Solving: Identify and address issues, challenges, and potential risks that arise during the project lifecycle. Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful completion within scope. Communication: Act as a key liaison between the executive team and departments/schools, maintaining consistent communication with all parties. Continuous Improvement: Drive efforts to streamline processes, develop new solutions, and recommend policy changes for ongoing organizational improvement. Other duties as assignedKey SkillsLeadership: Ability to direct and motivate teams to achieve project objectives. Project Management: Expertise in planning, executing, and delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget. Communication: Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences, both written and verbal. Adaptability: Flexibility to manage a wide variety of projects and adapt to changing requirements.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 7-10 years of professional experience5+ years experience managing multiple projects, work streams, or initiatives5+ years of demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding team/school goals5+ years of demonstrated success working across multiple teams/stakeholders (both internal and external)Preferred Qualifications Previous start-up experience and/or experience in a high-performing schoolPrevious experience as an executive assistant or in other support role for an executive teamNon-negotiables Must pass a fingerprint and background checkComplete SafeSchools trainings Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is active and may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching throughout the day. Frequent light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds) with occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds). The employee must have sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
