Director, Partnerships

Create is hiring a Director, Partnerships to build and scale our partnerships engine across influencers, creators, and brand collaborators. This person will own the full partnership lifecycle—from sourcing and negotiation to execution and measurement—and turn relationships into meaningful growth and brand impact. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in influencer/partner operations, sharp relationship instincts, and a knack for finding the right voices to amplify Create. You'll be the first dedicated partnerships hire and will shape how this function operates as we grow.What You'll Do:Build our partnership pipeline: Source, qualify, negotiate, and onboard high-quality partners across influencer, creator, and community channelsDrive strategic outcomes: Match partners to the right marketing goals—from revenue-driving growth activations to brand momentsRun flawless operations: Manage briefs, timelines, content delivery, brand safety, and approvals across dozens of partnersExpand our reach: Identify new communities and audience segments that Create should break intoDevelop reporting & insights: Own performance tracking for partnership content, measuring both growth and brand liftCollaborate across marketing: Ensure partner assets flow efficiently into paid, organic, lifecycle, and retail marketingManage vendors & agencies: Oversee external partners supporting influencer, talent, and community effortsRaise the bar: Maintain creative and quality standards across all partnership executionsRequirements5-10 years owning influencer or partnership operations at scale, ideally across both growth and brandExperience in wellness or gender-neutral product marketingComfortable working with high-touch partners, talent managers, and reps; strong relationship builderA confident negotiator who knows how to find mutual upsideHighly operational—strong at systems, processes, and moving many relationships forward at onceLeverages virtual assistants, automation tools, and software to increase output without adding headcountTrack record of clarity, organization, and ownership in fast-moving environmentsIf you're energized by turning relationships into results and want to build a function from the ground up, this role is for youIf you're energized by turning relationships into results and want to build a function from the ground up, this role is for you.BenefitsCompetitive compensation including salary and equityFully-paid health, dental, and vision insuranceDowntown Manhattan office (4 days in office), with flexible work setup and 15 days of PTOWhy You'll Love Working Here:At Create Wellness, we're building a category-defining wellness brand that helps people feel their best every day.
