Nuway CFR Executive Search is building the leadership teams for clients in ASIA. One of our global clients is growing their Sales team in Singapore for the public sector. Role : Client Partner - Public Sector Location : SingaporeWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Partner to lead business development efforts across public sector accounts. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who excels at identifying new opportunities, cultivating strong relationships, and closing high-value deals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development and a deep understanding of the public sector landscape, with the ability to navigate its unique challenges. You will drive revenue growth by delivering tailored solutions and building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for assigned public sector accounts.Identify high-value target agencies and pursue new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.Effectively communicate service offerings and solutions to align with client needs.Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions.Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.Provide regular updates on market trends, sales performance, and opportunities to leadership.Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Security clearance or eligibility to work on sensitive public sector projects.10–15 years of experience in business development or sales, with a consistent record of exceeding targets.Strong knowledge of the public sector and an established network of relevant contacts.Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.Experience with consultative and solution-based selling methodologies.Skilled at generating leads through networking, outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships.www.nuwayglobal.comEA licence : 14C7174
