Our client, a leading global provider of advanced security and inspection solutions who is looking for a Director of Quality Systems to champion a world-class Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure that every process, product, and partnership meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and compliance.In this senior leadership role, you’ll oversee the design, integration, and continuous improvement of our QMS across multiple international sites. You’ll be the driving force behind our clients “Quality First” philosophy — empowering teams, simplifying processes, and ensuring that our products not only meet regulatory requirements but also exceed customer expectations.What You’ll DoLead and Elevate Quality: Shape and execute a global quality strategy that drives excellence and consistency across all operations.Build and Maintain a Unified QMS: Develop, harmonize, and continuously improve the Quality Management System to align with ISO 9001 standards and business objectives.Champion Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities, set meaningful KPIs, and deliver measurable results.Audit and Compliance Oversight: Direct internal and external audits, ensure documentation accuracy, and uphold regulatory and corporate standards.Quality Culture & Training: Promote a strong Quality First mindset through impactful training and coaching, empowering employees at all levels.Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain leaders to embed quality into every stage of the product lifecycle.Leadership & Development: Mentor quality professionals globally, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Quality, or a related field.12+ years of progressive quality leadership experience, including at least 6 years in manufacturing or engineering environments.Proven success leading across multiple sites, geographies, and time zones.Expertise in implementing and managing ISO 9001-compliant Quality Systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at all levels.Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.Comfortable with up to 10% international travel.Why This role ?In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a global impact—shaping the systems and culture that ensure our products are safe, effective, and trusted by customers around the world.
