Director, Recruitment marketing

Job Summary:We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Director of Recruitment Marketing to lead our high-volume hiring initiatives in Korea. This role will drive strategic marketing efforts to attract, engage, and convert large pools of candidates across diverse roles and geographies, while strengthening our employer brand and candidate experience.What You Will DoDevelop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and customer loyalty in KoreaLead the optimization of paid and performance marketing channels (including Display, Search, Affiliates, etc.) to ensure maximum ROILead discussion and manage relationships with senior stakeholders in Google, Meta, and other performance marketing channel partnersLeverage customer data and market analytics to continually refine marketing strategies and ensure scalabilityDefine roadmap for growth working Product and Engineering teams to build capabilities to improve efficiency of marketing spendBuild and manage a high-performing user growth team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellenceEssential Qualification15+ years in performance marketing with at least 5 years in leadership role, ideally in a fast-growth tech company or e-commerce platform at scalExperience leading cross-channel marketing strategies (paid, organic and social marketing). A proven track record of leading customer acquisition and retention with a focus on long-term growtDemonstrated success in driving growth for scaling businesses in competitive markets, with a deep understanding of consumer behavioExperience leading and scaling high-performing, cross-functional teams. Proven ability to mentor, manage, and grow marketing professionals across diverse functions and senioritStrong proficiency in using data and analytics to ‘deep dive’ on challenges to help guide business decisionDemonstrated bias for action, with a proven ability to execute rapidly, take ownership, and drive initiatives from concept to completion. Known for decisiveness, pragmatic problem-solving, and the ability to pivot quickly in response to market demandHighly credible with the ability to work with senior leadership, inform and support decision making by leveraging your deep expertise in growth marketing.
