Overview JOB DESCRIPTION This position is responsible for Tiffany’s public relations, including brand event execution and social content development aligned with the company’s broader strategy.Key AccountabilitiesPublic RelationsMedia Relations: Translate, draft, and distribute press releases, Manage media inquiries and requestsEditorial & Placement: Support editorial, advertorial, and pictorial placements including content deliveryContent & Shooting Execution : Execute brand and product shoots, including lookbook creationCoordinate shoot logistics with relevant partnersSample Management: Manage product samples, including ordering and stock controlConduct PR monitoring and prepare performance reportsBrand Image Events/ Special projectPlan Set-Up: Support execution plans for brand image events, including collection presentations, exhibitions, store opening press presentations, etc.Event Operations: Assist with on-site execution for exhibitions, product presentations (press/talent/KOL), store opening events (when applicable), and product launch events.PR Amplification Support: Assist in developing and implementing PR amplification plans in alignment with overall communication strategy.Agency & WW Coordination: Coordinate communication and logistical details with event agencies and WW teams to ensure seamless execution.Special Project Support: Support special projects such as native content production and other brand-driven initiatives.Celebrity and Talent Task SupportFriend of the House Support:Support execution of Friend of the House-related activities and engagements.Stylist & VIP Coordination: Assist in execution and coordination for key stylists and VIP fittings/appearances.Proactive Dressing Support: support proactive dressing efforts across relevant product categories and occasions.KOL/Influencer Relations: Maintain existing relationships with KOLs and influencers, and support outreach to identify and engage new partners.Budgeting & AdministrationMonthly marketing budget consolidation and book into the systemTrack the spending by activity, product category updateAdministrative supportGeneralReporting: Consolidate the result and revise all event-related reportsManaging agency: Care of execution, contract and negotiation with agenciesCross-functional collaborations Required Qualifications4-year college graduate4-12 years of experience in PR/Communications/Event or any relevant areaExperience in retail business Fluency in both written and spoken EnglishMaturity and superior professionalism when interacting with other departmentsManagement/staff supervision experience. A style that will motivate and inspire staff.Exceptional attention to detail and well organizedAppreciation and understanding of design and craftsmanship Proficient computer skills (MS Office)Preferred QualificationsExperience of Bigger scaled of projectExperience of multi-function managementExpertise in global luxury jewelry & watches/high fashion brandsPositive & Can-do mind
