Products are sold directly in 18 countries worldwide and through distributors in over 60 other countries supported by field service, clinical education, marketing development organizations and distributorship arrangements.General Position SummarySr. Marketing Manager, Korea will lead and manage the Korea marketing team to develop and oversee the execution of marketing plans that align with global and local brand objectives, with the aim of building brand image and driving quality marketing qualified/sales leads to impact revenue for Korea. Develop and implement multichannel marketing and promotional programs to drive awareness and adoption. Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to think creatively to drive differentiation. Take ownership of performance metrics, including monitoring, evaluating, and reporting using appropriate KPIs that align with the global marketing team and local market industry. Prepare and collaborate on launch plans for effective promotion of new products. Proactively oversee and deliver all marketing projects/events in collaboration with local sales, clinical teams, and the global marketing team, to ensure completion on time and alignment with company goals and objectives. Take initiatives in KOL management, develop professional positive relationships, and support activities that drive market potential and customer experience. Develop localized sales, marketing, and practice marketing tools with relevant key selling messages for different market segments based upon segment needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and oversee marketing plans which align with global and local brand ambitions with the aim of building brand image and driving marketing-qualified/sales leads, with timely execution and to the company standard.Develop and implement both online/offline marketing and promotional programs, and monitor, evaluate, and report using appropriate KPIs to determine their success.Utilize business intelligence (BI) tools and marketing analytics to deliver deep, actionable insights on campaign performance, ROI, and market trends to inform future strategic decisions.Establish and drive a cohesive Sales & Marketing alignment strategy to optimize the entire marketing and sales funnel, ensuring effective conversion of MQLs to final revenue.Responsible for full funnel management and tracking in KoreaDevelop a data-driven Customer Experience (CX) strategy by analyzing the end-to-end customer journey and implementing improvements across all touchpoints.Take initiatives and collaborate in KOL management, and develop customer experienceOversee the effective use of Marketing Automation (MA) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to enhance lead nurturing and personalization efforts, integrated with global marketingSpearhead the translation of complex clinical data and product efficacy into compelling, evidence-based marketing messages for various target segments with global product and clinical marketingManage the Product Lifecycle (PLM) from pre-launch strategy through post-launch market maintenance, collaborating closely with R&D and Clinical teams with the global product teamSupport preparation and collaborate on launch plans for effective promotion of new productsDevelop localized marketing toolkits with relevant key selling messages for different market segments based upon a good understanding of the products, key customer segments, and competitors, and provide trainingDevelop digital marketing strategy; updates on multiple brand communications channels with consistent brand messages, including website/digital – esp. Naver, Kakao, etc./social media/industry news channelsDrive PR initiatives and monitoring for the brand and products, ie. Coverage of events and branding campaignsMarket intelligence gathering and market research managementUnderstanding of P&L and overseeing the annual marketing budget preparation and budget trackingTransparent strategy and budget reporting to global marketing, provide reporting on campaign performance, quarterly business updates, and marketing ROIInternal communication and collaboration between the local market and regional/global stakeholdersCompliance with SOPs, global/corporate standards, and legal and regulatory standardsDevelop the Korea marketing teamEducational / Knowledge / Experience Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field from an accredited institution• 5-7 years’ marketing experience, preferably within the medical (aesthetic) industry• Preferably with prior people management experience• Multinational company experience preferred, experience in working with regional/global teams• Product Management, Launch, and Training experience are essential• Strong events planning and PR management experience• Strong peer-to-peer selling/seminar experience is essential• Proven digital marketing experience/background• Strong planning and project management skills• Excellent writing and communication skills (Korean and English) with the ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business challenges into actionable solutions• Proactive, hands-on and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to multitask; ability to deliver detailed analysis and campaign updates within very tight deadlines• Strong ability to think both creatively and strategically• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key physicians, customers, stakeholders and industry partners required• Good Microsoft Office skills and ability to acquire essential platforms within the companyThe salary DOE is between KRW115,000,000-125,000,000/year.
