You will use data to spot improvement opportunities across all aspects of sales frontline performance, and you will collaborate closely with affiliates to address them. By driving sales frontline excellence, you will contribute significantly to the commercial success of Novo Nordisk.Your main responsibilities include:Strengthening sales force effectiveness by identifying and addressing improvement opportunities in each market within areas like activity plan design, activity plan compliance and call execution quality Ensuring that the sales frontliners have the necessary capabilities and tools to drive impactful engagementsTranslating marketing priorities into frontline action, including through incentive schemes designed to drive performanceActing as a constructive challenger and trusted advisor for affiliates and other internal stakeholdersPromoting a data-driven and insights-based performance cultureThis is a highly independent role where you’ll act as a change leader – ensuring that sales frontline excellence is consistently improved across EUCAN affiliates.Your new departmentYou’ll be part of the Customer Engagement department within Medical & Marketing in the EUCAN Regional Office, where we are dedicated to fostering meaningful interactions with healthcare professionals. You’ll join a diverse and innovative team committed to making a difference in the lives of patients worldwide.Your Skills & QualificationsWe’re looking for an experienced commercial change-maker who knows the realities of the frontline. You know how to lead change in a complex organisation, and you are used to driving cross-functional projects where you rely on strong relations to many stakeholders.More specifically, you’ll succeed in this role if you have:A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related commercial fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in commercial roles in the frontline (e.g. sales rep) or close to it (e.g. customer engagement, commercial excellence), ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, and ideally in different types of rolesA proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and teams and in driving change management between organisational layers (e.g. region to affiliate or similar)Experience in using quantitative analysis to inform decision-makingExcellent communication skills in EnglishOn a personal level, you excel at breaking down complex problems and focusing on what matters most.
