Through close collaboration with commercial, marketing and supply teams, you will uplift availability, visibility and execution instore and online, unlock immediate P&L improvements and deliver best-in-class 4P execution with our priority customers.Long-Term ImpactYou will build enduring strategic partnerships with retailers and distributors, developing joint business plans that create mutual value and cement ZURU as a leading challenger brand across all EDGE verticals. By influencing internal direction through customer insights, you will help shape future innovation and long-range commercial strategy. You will champion ZURU’s entrepreneurial culture, helping to scale the mindset and ways of working that enable us to challenge the status quo while driving sustained market share, margin expansion and the long-term success of the consumer goods division in the region.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of the region’s P&L and drive sales, trade investment, and product mix to meet financial goalsDevelop and implement the country’s commercial strategy, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successManage key accounts, building strong long-term relationships with retailers and distributorsLead teams across functions to meet and exceed sales, P&L, and supply targetsImprove commercial processes to boost performance and efficiencyFoster a high-performing team culture that supports rapid growth and market disruptionSkills & Experience6+ years in senior sales or commercial leadership within FMCGProven track record managing major retailers and distributors across Benelux and Nordic marketsStrong commercial acumen with a demonstrable ability to drive revenue, market share, and profitability in competitive environmentsStrategic thinker and problem solver, able to translate insights into actionable business plansExceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging internal stakeholders and external partners alikeExperienced in leading high-performing, cross-functional teams and fostering accountability and growthBachelor’s degree and EU work permit requiredLIFE@ZURUAt ZURU, we have cultivated a high-performing culture that encourages excellence.
