In this role, you will lead and manage all talent acquisition efforts, from full-lifecycle recruiting to workforce strategy development. You will drive employer branding initiatives, align talent acquisition with the company’s goals, and ensure a globally competitive recruitment process. Collaborating with leadership teams, you will play a key role in identifying and securing top talent to support ASTUDIO’s growth and innovation.QualificationsProven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Global Talent AcquisitionExpertise in Workforce Planning and talent management strategiesStrong abilities in Hiring processes and Employer Branding to attract top talentExceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsFamiliarity with the luxury, marketing, or creative industries is preferredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProficiency in recruitment tools and technologiesAbility to balance strategic planning with hands-on recruitment execution
