Role Description We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter (BPO Industry) to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, assessing qualifications, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill various roles within the organization. The role involves managing candidate pipelines, ensuring an excellent hiring experience, and supporting workforce planning initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processesStrong skills in Recruiting and Interviewing techniquesExcellent Communication abilities, including verbal and written proficiencyFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience in recruiting for the BPO industry is highly preferredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
