Period: 1 year contractStart Date:ImmediateBasic Pay Rate: $2,300Performance Incentive: $150 per monthPerformance Bonus: Up to 1 month basic salary (upon completion and satisfactory performance)Timing: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Mondays - FridaysWorking location: 226 Pandan LoopPax required: 1 paxAttire: shirt with long pants, covered shoesJob Description Load, unload samples and/or finished goods (up to 10kg) from vehicles and deliver to internal colleagues andexternally to customers in a safe and timely manner. Review orders, check for completeness before delivery to ensure delivery items and documents are correct. Collect, sort and distribute inter-office mails on daily basis. Sort incoming mails before distributing to respective departments. Process of outgoing mails which includes weighing and franking of mails where required, maintaining record of usage, and delivering mail for posting. Conduct external dispatch – deliver and/or collection of documents as assigned. Collect payments on Company’s behalf from customers for delivered finished goods. Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules. Abide to all traffic laws and maintain a safe driving mindset at all times. Ensure the vehicle is in safe driving condition and perform basic maintenance check on a daily basis. Take action to raise vehicle maintenance issues to immediate Supervisor, as appropriate. Ensure and maintain cleanliness and hygiene of vehicle at all times. Provide excellent customer service.
