Dispensary Shift Supervisor

JOB TITLE: Dispensary Shift SupervisorAUTHORITY & SUPERVISION:Reports directly to the Dispensary Manager and Assistant Dispensary Manager(s)Oversees Budtenders, Inventory Specialists, Dispensary Entry Agents and general Dispensary operationsJOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Daily Store OperationsOverseeing the day-to-day operations of the dispensaryMaintaining store compliance with all local, state, and federal regulationsOverseeing the sales processCoordinates and oversees schedule for Dispensary team membersMonitoring and maintaining inventory levels in coordination with the Inventory team as well as keeping track of expiring productsManaging financial records and daily cash handling procedures during shiftUpdate SOPs as changes to policy and/or regulations occur and ensure compliance among teamMaintaining a clean and organized storeOther duties and special projects as assignedSales and Customer ServiceProvide and inspire retail staff to deliver best-in-class customer serviceMaintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledgeLead staff to exceed goals set forth by the Dispensary ManagerSupport retail staff during all operational hoursReview all customer feedback, requests, and concerns and provide resolutionQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 21 years of agePossess valid driver’s license or state IDCannabis experience preferredAbility to build and maintain positive relationships in order to gain support and resultsADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Must pass all required background checksAbility to work nights, holidays, and weekendsMust be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detailOrganizational and time management skills requiredMust be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industryOccasionally moves up to 30+ pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance)This job function may include being in a stationary position, or moving for extended periods of timePowered by JazzHRJmyZ4zJYM5
