This role ensures business growth by developing partner capabilities, managing the full order-to-delivery cycle in SAP, and overseeing post-sales technical services and reporting to maintain high customer satisfaction.[Key Responsibilities] 1. Strategic Planning & Business DevelopmentDevelop comprehensive strategic partnership plans and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.Identify new channel sales opportunities and develop business cases for E&R(clinical) sectors. 2. Sales & Partner ManagementConduct regular face-to-face meetings, workshops, and webinars with partners.Manage the sales pipeline, including funnel lists and Win/Loss analysis.Align with the marketing team to support promotional activities and provide technical support for exhibits and seminars. 3. Service & Technical SupportOversee service activities conducted via phone or customer visits.Manage customer data including contact points, service issues, and service contracts.Participate in training programs and update training materials for partners and customers. 4. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare regular service reports, service status/issue reports, and "Not billing" reports.Conduct bi-weekly sales meetings and monthly productivity reporting for HQ. 5. Operations & Order Processing (SAP)Manage the entire order process for equipment and spare parts via SAP (PO, standard orders, and delivery).Monitor inventory levels (Treatment Packs, spare parts) and manage demo equipment lists.[Requirements]1. Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Major in electronic/semiconductor-related field)2. Experience: 5 to 10 years in channel management, sales operations, or technical service management.Preferred: experience in managing distribution partners in the Biotechnology or Industrial Equipment industry3. Language: Proficient in English (written and spoken)4.
