PositionYou will join the Middle East Supply Chain team of Christian Dior Couture, located in the heart of Dubai.Within a dynamic and strategic team, play a key role in optimizing the distribution of our products across the Middle East region.This is a central position within our Maison, giving you exposure to numerous stakeholders both at headquarters and in regional offices (Central and Regional Supply Chain, Merchandising, etc.).In a highly dynamic business environment, the accuracy and quality of distribution represent a major strategic challenge for the Maison.Job responsibilitiesDistribution PlanningDevelop and monitor distribution plans for leathergoods, taking into account seasonality, available stock, and the specificities of the Middle East zone.Analyze distribution performance (AVR, coverage, etc.), identify improvement areas, and propose corrective actions.Ensure optimal stock allocation in case of shortages.Coordinate seasonal product launches, ensuring high availability rates at launch date.Inventory ManagementMonitor stock levels across stores, flag potential risks of stock-outs or overstocking, and implement corrective measures.Contribute to the optimization of stock management parameters (VM minimums, anticipation of sales peaks, seasonal rebalancing, etc.).Cross-Functional Coordination:Work closely with central teams, merchandising, VM, logistics, and customer service to ensure end-to-end supply chain consistency.Reporting And AnalysisPrepare regular reports on distribution performance, stock levels, and seasonal launch follow-ups.Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Propose and implement process improvements as part of continuous improvement initiatives.ProfileBachelor, preferably in Supply Chain or related disciplinesAt least 3 years working experience in retail or logistics industry, including experience in distribution planningComfortable with systems and data management (Excel / Anaplan / Power BI).Fluent in English in a professional context.Excellent analytical and synthesis skillsReliable, rigorous, and adaptableStrong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to various stakeholders
