The District Manager will oversee the performance and operations of sales teams within their assigned territory, ensuring targets and goals are achieved. Responsibilities include developing and implementing district sales strategies, monitoring and analyzing sales metrics, mentoring sales representatives, and fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals and partners. The role also involves tracking market trends, responding to competitor activities, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and compliance standards.QualificationsStrong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skillsExpertise in sales operations, territory management, and meeting performance targetsKnowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Cardiology, and CNS is a plusExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market trends and implement corrective actionsBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageousAbility to travel within the assigned territory as neededProficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office/G-Suite toolsCandidates must own or have access to a reliable motor vehicle.Interested persons should submit their CVs to Javeir.Henry@msnlabs.com
