IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa)TürkiyeLE_0169-Grome İç ve Dış Ticaret Anonim ŞirketiEmployee AssignmentNot remoteFull Time30 April 2026Primary ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage delivery of sales revenue growth in the DIY channel across the Turkey Market.Provide recommendations and insights to establish DIY channel targets and goals during budget process planning and reviews. Deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual targets and KPIs for the DIY channel in Turkey Market.Research target customers and potential revenue streams; prioritize and plan sales/marketing strategy.Build DIY industry network in the region to secure new business and create a high profile for Grohe.Manage and continuously improve the key account management process and tracking tools to coordinate improved relationship management, sales performance, customer service delivery.Allocate sales function resources in line with value of DIY opportunities across Turkey.Lead key account relationship building for major DIY clients and prospectsConduct market visits to build relationships and convert new prospects and strengthen relationships with existing customers – amongst category managers, buyers, marketers and other relevant people.Capture success stories in existing accounts and achieve PR coverage/awareness amongst clients and prospects of successful practices.Identify the ‘power maps’ amongst decision makers and opinion formers within the DIY Turkey market.Proactively build a personal network amongst decision makers and opinion formers in order to generate leads and influence.Build an effective marketing plan for the DIY channel and manage its execution across Turkey MarketImplement or adapt global Grohe marketing campaigns, materials, displays.Provide the support required to prepare and execute Turkey market marketing activities.Provide feedback and recommendations on product design and the development of Grohe’s product roadmap.Analyze promotions and other marketing activities/events and optimize the use of these marketing tools.Network within Grohe businesses to learn from DIY experience in other markets.Plan and build the sales and relationship management capability required to win against our competitors in the Turkey MarketDiagnose capability of market sales organizations and co-develop with local management cost effective plans to address gaps.Identify our top performing salespeople, and codify how they achieve superior performance, pass on the learning to other sales teams.Develop – or steal with pride from other parts of Grohe group – best in class category management processes and tools and implement them across the region.Coach/develop and advise the sales teams for pivotal markets and accounts.Hire, manage and develop the team in line with revenue growth and future plans:Plan organization size and capabilities to sustain and grow sales performance.Specify job design and candidate profiles to promote an effective and high performing organization.Hire, manage performance and development, manage exit of poor performers (create a strong performance culture).Develop and coach the team and create the conditions necessary for the team to succeed.Qualifications And EducationBachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field, MBA (is a plus).Fluent written and spoken Turkish, and English, good command of other languages to be considered a plus.ExperienceExperience from 2- 5 years of experience in a comparable position.Demonstrate success at working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive and deadline-oriented environment whilst maintaining Grohe’s quality and reputation for excellence.
