This is what makes Konecranes a unique place to work.Job DescriptionEngage in various sales activities to promote and sell safety and productivity-enhancing products and services to existing customers and develop new accountsMeet or exceed established sales quotas for repairs, retrofits, components, and consultation servicesPrepare accurate price estimates for service work using established tools and guidelinesMaintain regular contact with assigned accounts to develop and strengthen relationshipsMonitor the workload of the service department and ensure all open time slots are filled with sold workPrepare and maintain detailed logs of all sales activities, business opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM softwareConduct annual business reviews with key accounts and develop strategic account plansAssist in the contract renewal process to ensure customer needs are met and opportunities are not lostCollaborate with the service department to address customer-related issues promptlyMonitor customer credit status and assist in collection efforts when necessaryStay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edgeAdhere to all established safety rules and procedures, including those set by customersQualificationsMinimum of two years' experience in service-related sales, preferably in a technical or industrial environmentBachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience and training will be consideredAdditional InformationFunctional & Behavioral SkillsSystematic approach to sales processExcellent interpersonal and negotiation skillGood presentation skillsStrong communication skillsAble to work within a competitive environment and achieve sales targetThe ability to identify potential opportunities that relate to the Industrial Crane Business.Demonstrated an ability to negotiate to convert opportunities into profitable orders.Must have driver licenseLanguage SkillsFluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)Konecranes moves what matters.
