The result is that we developed a playbook that incorporates input from every Arixa team member, making sure that we remain aligned, and everyone knows what is most important - covering our mission, our values, and our top priorities each year.More information on Arixa can be found online at www.arixacapital.com.Job DescriptionArixa's Doc Drawer will assume ownership of loans assigned upon underwriting approval, including but not limited to reviewing preliminary reports, credit memorandums, operating agreements, and any supporting documentation needed to prepare loan documents. Coordinate with closing companies and/or notaries for signing appointments and help support the closing department to ensure loans are funded to meet the borrower's expectations. We seek someone who is intellectually curious, holds themselves to high standards and can thrive in a high achieving, fast paced cultural environment.Summary of Primary Responsibilities:While not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, the Doc Drawer, will be responsible for:Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform a final verification of the preliminary title report to ensure accuracy of taxes, liens, and encumbrances.Review operating agreements to determine proper signing authorityCollaborate and proactively communicate with internal and external parties involved in the closing process to resolve outstanding issues or discrepanciesConduct quality control review to ensure data quality within Salesforce and loan documentsGenerate closing packages from Salesforce and/or Lightning DocsMeet proper SLAs by sending closing package within 24 hours upon underwriting approvalCoordinate closing with closing agent, notary, and borrowerSupport Closer on meeting funding SLA's; review executed closing package and/or verify wiring instructions with title companyCommunicate and escalate any issues to Closing Team Lead Work on special projects as needed or other duties as may be assignedRequirementsBachelor's Degree preferred but not required.3-4 years of doc drawing or operation fulfillment experience required, preferably in private lending.Working knowledge and use of MS Office and internet.Experience working with Salesforces a plus.Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.Flexible with the ability to adapt to change quickly.Possesses the ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Works well in a fast-paced team driven environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Detail oriented and highly organized.Collaborative team player with a focus on delivering.This LA-based position requires in-office work 2 days per week, to ensure close alignment among all team members.Work Environment: This position typically operates in a professional office environment.
