Location: Los Angeles (must be local for filming & collaboration). Our D2C mobile app has impacted over 80k users across 180+ countries, our B2B2C clinical platform supports 30k+ patients monthly in their physical therapy journey, and our concierge one-on-one physical therapy clinic supports thousands of local Angelenos IRL. You will work with the team to identify opportunities, ideate solutions, and deliver them quickly.Why This Role is Exciting:You'll be the first in-house software engineer, helping define our engineering principles and best practices laying the groundwork for our platform and future tech team.You'll play a key role in shaping our tech stack, architecture, and backend migration.You'll work closely with our Director of Engineering, Product Manager, and offshore engineering teams to ensure alignment with business goals.We want someone who thrives on learning new technologies and continuously improving—just like our company.As we scale, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping our future core engineering team.Key Responsibilities:Content Ideation: Identify valuable, relevant topics based on patient patterns, common misconceptions, and new research.Storyboarding: Create clear, visual outlines that make complex PT concepts simple, engaging, and emotionally resonant.Synthesize research into plain-language insights that empower the public and inspire peers.Hook Development: Craft openings that make viewers feel seen and drive curiosity.Collaborate closely with our Social Media Manager and Creative Director to bring the content to life.Data Feedback: Review content performance with the team to refine ideas and iterate based on engagement insights.Primary platform focus: Short-form educational content (Reels, TikTok, IG Carousels) with potential to expand to long-form (YouTube)What We're Looking For:Strong clinical reasoning with ability to teach clearly and concisely.Deep interest in and understanding of education & storytellingSkilled in communicating technical information in an easy to understand way - with patients and on cameraAvailable Wednesdays 2-6 pm +  4–8 hours/week for content creationInterest in research-driven, educational storytellingCollaborative and coachable - open to creative iteration and marketing feedback.Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in CABonus Points:Experience scripting or outlining content for social, workshops, or online education.Awareness of visual storytelling and attention to pacing and structure.Comfort or interest in learning on-camera communication skills.Familiarity with basic performance analytics (watch time, saves, retention) and willingness to experiment.What We Offer:A chance to shape how millions understand physical therapy and elevate the profession on a global stage.Creative ownership and collaboration with a seasoned content & clinical team that supports scripting, filming, and editing.Opportunity to build your personal reputation and educator voice, with guidance in on-camera communication and storytelling.Flexible growth opportunities: Content-only or even treating patients + Content, depending on future business needsA state-of-the-art 6,500 SF facility and workspace in Culver City for collaboration and production.A mission-driven team culture rooted in growth, ownership, and living the Prehab lifestyle.How to Apply:If you're excited about turning evidence-based education into engaging, accurate, and inspiring content that elevates the profession and helps shape the next era of viral, credible Prehab resources, then apply below!
