The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining all project documentation and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.Establish and maintain a comprehensive document control system for all project-related documentsReceive, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents in a timely mannerEnsure all documents are properly filed, stored, and easily retrievableMaintain and update document registers, databases, and archivesImplement and monitor document control procedures and workflowsAssist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other project-related materialsCollaborate with project teams to ensure proper document version control and revision managementConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document control proceduresTrain and support team members on document control processes and systemsAssist in the implementation and maintenance of electronic document management systemsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related fieldProficiency in using EDMS system (Aconex) document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong knowledge of document control processes, best practices, and industry standardsExcellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detailAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with database management and data entryFamiliarity with filing and archiving systemsKnowledge of relevant industry regulations and standardsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
