Experienced practitioners able to work at the strategy / design level and the hands-on end to-end implementation to embed standards and processes across an organisation (i.e. our clients). Experience needed in the following:Experienced in implementing collaboration, document management, records management, archiving in large scale organisations – defining the strategy and design, through to hands-on skills to train and support teams.Certified hands-on implementor – design, configuration, classification, integration, testing.Business / Data Analyst – establishing the integration, retention and archival detailed requirements.Ability to work effectively in a team including vendor and client resources.Strong knowledge of information / records management regulatory compliance requirements (e.g. PII, eDiscovery, Retention).Providing guidance and hands-on assistance / oversight to project teams to uplift practices, and ensure regulatory / policy compliance.SkillAt least 5 years experience.Eligible to work in Australia – hybrid working arrangements with 2-5 days per week on-site in Melbourne / Melbourne metropolitan.Relevant qualifications and certifications are highly regarded.Strong work history demonstrating strong experience in at least one of M365, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira.Clear and confident communication style, both written and verbal.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable functional and technical documentation / solutions.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders including business, operations, data and technical.If you are a confident individual with the ability to work well with clients independently and in a team environment, we are interested to view your resume.Prior applicants are welcome to apply again.No agencies please.
