Our expert counsellors are committed to helping students achieve international qualifications through our trusted partner institutions by offering personalized, end-to-end support.Role Description:The Full-time Documentation Officer – Australia position offers an excellent opportunity to join our dedicated team at our Kathmandu office.In this role, the Documentation Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end documentation workflow for students applying to Australia. This includes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of all required documents to universities, visa offices, and relevant stakeholders.The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and efficient, with a strong understanding of documentation standards and procedures for Australian student applications.Key Responsibilities:Manage and organize all documents required for Australian university and visa applicationsReview academic, financial, and personal documents for accuracy and compliancePrepare, verify, and format documents as per institution and immigration requirementsMaintain digital and physical records ensuring confidentiality and easy retrievalCoordinate with counsellors, students, and partners for missing or additional documentsSubmit applications through university portals, email, or designated online systemsTrack application progress, update files, and ensure timely follow-upsAssist with COE processing, GTE documentation, and other mandatory requirementsEnsure all documentation meets Australian immigration and institutional guidelinesSupport the team during high-volume periods with efficient file managementQualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in documentation, admissions processing, or a similar role—preferably in the Australia study-abroad segmentExcellent attention to detail with strong organizational and file-management skillsAbility to handle multiple applications and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and document-handling toolsAbility to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressureFlexible to work extended hours during peak intakesWhat We Offer:Supportive and collaborative work environmentProfessional growth opportunities within a respected and growing consultancyThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students achieve their Australian study goalsHow to Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to send their updated CV highlighting relevant documentation experience to:manager@hubintl.edu.np
