This role goes beyond traditional receptionist duties and offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to daily office operations. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, managing incoming calls, and delivering excellent customer service. In addition, they will take on key administrative responsibilities, including maintaining office equipment, organizing files, and supporting overall office administration. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to play an essential role in ensuring smooth office functioning.QualificationsStrong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilitiesProficiency in Receptionist Duties, such as managing phone calls and greeting visitorsExperience with Office Equipment, general Office Administration tasks, and documentationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in a similar role is a plusA Bachelor's degree is preferred.
