Office Administrator (with HR & Data Entry Experience)Pagoda Labs | Hybrid | FulltimeThe RoleWe’re looking for a versatile Office Administrator who can wear three critical hats: office operations guru, HR support specialist, and data entry wizard. You’ll be the backbone of our employee experience—ensuring our workplace runs seamlessly while maintaining the HR data integrity that powers our people decisions. This is a high impact role for someone who loves variety, precision, and being the go-to person that makes things happen.What You’ll DoOffice Administration (15%)·      Own day-to-day office operations: supplies, equipment, vendor management, and facilities coordination·      Greet visitors, manage mail/shipping, and maintain a welcoming, organized workspace·      Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events·      Support leadership with scheduling, expense reports, and ad-hoc projectsHR Support (50%)·      Maintain employee records in our HRIS (Frappe) with 100% accuracy·      Coordinate new hire onboarding: prepare welcome kits, schedule orientations, process paperwork·      Assist with benefits administration and open enrolment·      Support recruiting efforts: post jobs, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication·      Help ensure HR compliance and confidential document managementData Entry & Systems (35%)·      Process high-volume data entry across HR, finance, and operations platforms·      Generate reports, track metrics, and audit records for discrepancies·      Create and maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)·      Assist with payroll data preparation and timesheet trackingWhat You’ll BringMust-Haves·      2-4 years of proven experience in office administration with direct HR support responsibilities·      Lightning-fast, accurate data entry skills (10key proficiency a plus)·      Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace·      Experience with an HRIS system (BambooHR, Gusto, ADP, or similar)·      Exceptional organizational skills and fanatical attention to detail·      High degree of discretion when handling confidential information·      Ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball·      Positive, serviceoriented attitudeBonus Points·      Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field·      SHRMCP/PHR certification or coursework·      Startup or tech company experience·      Familiarity with payroll processing·      Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)Why Join Us? Ownership: This isn’t a cookiecutter admin role—you’ll shape how we operate Growth: Professional development budget and clear pathways to HR Coordinator/Generalist roles Impact: Your work directly affects every employee’s experience Culture: Collaborative, inclusive, and genuinely fun team environmentLocationOnsite at our Lalitpur office (hybrid flexibility after onboarding)Ready to Apply?Click "Easy Apply"  or email  hr@pagodalabs.com, and include: Your resume A brief note on why you’re drawn to this hybrid role
