Job Description

The Document Controller is responsible for establishing and maintaining an efficient, secure, and accurate system for managing all official project documents. This role ensures strict version control, proper archiving, and timely distribution of drawings, correspondence, and technical specifications across all project teams and external stakeholders. RequirementsDocument Management: Control the flow (receipt, issuance, distribution) of all project documentation, including engineering drawings, transmittals, reports, and correspondences.Filing & Indexing: Maintain and update the physical and electronic filing system (DMS), ensuring all records are accurately cataloged, indexed, and easy to retrieve.Version Control: Ensure the latest revision of any document is clearly identified and distributed, archiving superseded documents securely.Transmittals: Prepare, issue, and track document transmittals to consultants, subcontractors, and clients.Compliance: Ensure all documentation practices comply with company standards and project procedures.Benefits Competitive salary package.
