The Secretary is responsible for providing high-level administrative, clerical, and organizational support. This role ensures smooth daily operations, manages official communications, and maintains an organized office environment. Office Administration: Manage general office tasks, including filing, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and overseeing office supplies. Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and coordinate complex daily calendars, schedule appointments, and organize internal and external meetings. Communication: Handle professional phone calls, emails, and correspondence, acting as the first point of contact for the office. Document Preparation: Draft, format, and edit official documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools. Record Keeping: Maintain confidential records and ensure sensitive information is handled securely and discreetly. Requirements Experience: Proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative capacity. Technical Proficiency: Expert user of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for professional document creation. Organizational Skills: Excellent skills in time management, prioritization, and maintaining structured records. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
