bridging business and data, designing scalable processes, developing a data-driven culture, and increasing BI maturity across the company. What we expect: Proven experience in BI analytics — it doesn’t matter which tools you’ve used (Superset, Power BI, Tableau, DataLens, etc.
) as long as you understand best practices and pitfalls in data visualizationSystems thinking — you don’t just react to requests, you build long-term processesStrong analytical background and a passion for numbersExperience communicating with a variety of stakeholders (internal clients, partners)Ability to explain, engage, and educate others — data literacy mattersFacilitation skills and ability to build collaboration in cross-functional environmentsProactive, self-driven mindsetTransparent communication and ability to provide fast, constructive feedbackNice to have: Experience with data governance, metric methodologies, and data catalogsUnderstanding of data mart architecture and ability to formalize requirements for Core DataBI portfolioWhat you’ll do:
Build and evolve the BI function within the Data OfficeDevelop frameworks for dashboard implementation aligned with visualization best practicesAct as a bridge between analytics and business: gather, prioritize, and translate stakeholder requests; train usersAct as a stakeholder for the Core Data team: define requirements for data marts and ensure data quality and integrityPromote data literacy across the company — help business users understand what’s behind the metrics and how to use BI toolsDrive the transition towards self-service BILead metric methodology development and drive the completion of our data catalogWhat we offer:
