Job Title: Global Assistant Brand ManagerBusiness Function: MarketingLocation: 100VEJob PurposeThe Dove strategy is built around 3 fundamental pillars designed to deliver brand love and business results: 1) get more from the core; 2) market making innovation; 3) bring the brand in-culture. The “Global Masterbrand ABM , Dove international” role is pivotal in supporting the 3rd pillar of this strategy through an evolution and a measurable improvement of the Dove brand equity.The key responsibility of the role is to support the creation and the deployment of a compelling multi-year roadmap of consumer engagement initiatives for the totality of the Dove Masterbrand in PC. The objective is to evolve and improve the brand equity through a) definition and deployment of a hyper-relevant articulation of the brand narrative that ensures effective consumer engagement and unlocks growth; b) definition and execution of Brand Purpose initiative (Brand-Do activities) to bring to life the brand mission as a key element of differentiation and the amplification of the same (Brand-Say campaigns); c) the adaptation of existing North American and/or the creation of new social-first masterbrand campaigns that build brand fame in culture and strengthen brand power.From a brand perspective, the role’s remit and responsibility includes the totality of the Dove PC Masterbrand, irrespective of the categories in which Dove operates (e.g. deodorants, skin cleansing, etc..).ResponsibilitiesSupport line manager in BrandVerse adaptation for design markets with cultural relevance.Creation of yearly brand engagement calendars for total Dove PC in key markets combining tentpole moments, product campaigns and always on content.Sharpen our purpose statement across PC categories, understanding and adapting to local nuances— with a particular focus on accelerating engagement and growth in Asia, where the biggest opportunities for brand expansion lie.Support major Brand Purpose initiatives and campaigns across PC specifically in Asia starting from ChinaBrand Content: The adaptation of existing North American and/or the creation of new social-first masterbrand campaigns that build brand fame in culture and strengthen brand power.Analyse performance at the end of campaigns to identify successes and areas of improvementPartner with Dove Masterbrand team to lead the engagement model transformation into “community first” and its implementation across top marketsAll About YouWe are looking for a forward thinking and highly motivated talent to join the Dove International Masterbrand team, and support one of the fundamental pillars designed to deliver brand love and business results - bring the brand in culture. A “community first” mindset, delivered in bold campaigns that embed the brand into culture and create Fame/ Brand Love.
