Job Description

Job Summary: The role will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, preparing comprehensive reports and provide actionable recommendations to management. This includes forecasting, financial modeling, strategic planning support, and ad-hoc projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities. Key Accountabilities: Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and investment decisions. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide proactive recommendations to improve profitability, efficiency, and cash flow.

Support the development of long-range strategic plans, providing financial projections and scenario analysis. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management on business performance. Business Support & Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (e. g. , Sales, Marketing, Operations) to provide financial insights and support decision-making on various business initiatives. Evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects, investments, and business opportunities, conducting cost-benefit analyses, discounted cash flow (DCF) valuations, and other relevant financial assessments. Prepare and present financial presentations to management and other stakeholders, effectively communicating complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Process Improvement & Systems:

Identify opportunities to improve existing financial processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software (e. g. , ERP, FP&A tools). Develop and maintain documentation for financial processes and procedures. Ad-hoc: Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects as assigned by HOD. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices in financial analysis, and relevant accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS). Education, Experience & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred. Professional Qualification such as CFA or MBA.

6+ years of experience in Financial Analyst role. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications). Experience with financial planning and modelling is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
