Job Description

Job Summary: To lead sales, leasing, and tenant engagement for Bharat Mart, ensuring successful conversion of leads, execution of a leasing strategy and alignment with development and engineering teams to meet client expectations. Key Accountabilities: Sales Conversion & Customer Engagement: Convert qualified inquiries into signed lease agreements, company formation and deposit collection. Manage client presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization. Maintain CRM and provide accurate sales pipeline reporting. Leasing & Retail Strategy Development: Develop and implement the leasing and retail tenant mix strategy. Propose pricing models and leasing incentives aligned with market conditions. Coordinate with Marketing to support lead generation campaigns.

Development CoordinationLiaise with the Engineering and Development teams to ensure client requirements are integrated in the design and execution stages. Represent client interests during project development reviews. Stakeholder Management: Work with legal, finance, operations, and other relevant teams to ensure full contractual and operational compliance. Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events. Engage with relevant nodal agencies of the Government of India and the UAEMarket Intelligence & ReportingGather market and competitor intelligence though collaboration with the Central BI team. Provide management with periodic reports on market trends, pricing benchmarks, and customer behavior. Education, Experience and Skill: Essential Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. Work Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial leasing, retail development, or real estate sales. Proven track record in closing large-scale leasing or sales transactions, preferably in logistics, wholesale, or retail real estate projects. Experience in coordinating with technical and engineering teams is a plus. Technical skills required to perform the role: Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Ability to develop leasing strategies and tenant mix plans. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in CRM systems and leasing management software.
