Position DescriptionResponsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, building customer relationships, and selling QIAGEN's products and services in the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets by using the company tools and processesDrive the development and execution of innovative projects designed to strengthen relationships and facilitate knowledge exchange among healthcare professionals and LS researchers.Cultivate and nurture partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare practitioners, institutions, and industry leaders, to ensure the success and sustainability of collaborative initiatives.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and resources, fostering a culture of teamwork and collective achievement.Manage a territory, a product portfolio and complex customer's structure, and report adequatelyCoach peers throughout business area and share key learnings and knowledge.Drive and develop strategy in defined key accounts by pulling all needed resources from the companyIdentify new selling opportunities, develop and utilize relationships to top level contacts in key accountsTerritory Budget ResponsibilityPosition Requirements:Master’s in Biotechnology, Biology, Molecular Biology or related studies. (preferred)Typically at least 8-10 years of relevant professional experience required.Supporting customers with demonstrations and evaluation experiments on dPCRProven ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering measurable results within established timelines and budgets.Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, policymakers, and industry representatives.Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and develop creative solutions to address themExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
