Join us!Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Manager for the Japan hotel market, you will be at the forefront of expanding and optimizing our accommodation offerings. You will focus on:Account ManagementMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing hotel partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction.Pricing & CompetitivenessNegotiate and secure competitive rates and exclusive deals to strengthen Klook’s value proposition against other OTAs.Cost OptimizationIdentify opportunities to optimize cost structures and increase margin contribution through strategic deal structuring and partner programs.Performance Analysis & Partner Enablement:Track and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for growth and providing data-driven recommendations.Market ExpansionIdentify and onboard high-potential new hotels in strategic cities or regions, with a focus on both direct and indirect supplyCross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to launch successful campaigns and support hotel partners’ visibility on Klook.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, preferably in OTA, E-commerce, or travel-related industriesStrong understanding of supply negotiationProven track record in partner account growth and contract negotiationAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously (multi-tasking skills are key)Excellent command of Japanese required; fluency in Chinese or English is a plus.Data-savvy with basic analytical skills; experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools a plusPassion for travel, local discovery, and building meaningful business partnershipsWhat We OfferA dynamic, fast-paced, and international working environmentFlexible work culture with autonomy and ownershipAccess to a global network of travel and e-commerce professionalsEmployee travel perks and product discountsKlook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
