Our team is committed to creating elegant and functional spaces that reflect cultural heritage and modern aesthetics.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Drafter, located in Singapore. The Drafter will be responsible for developing and preparing detailed design drawings and plans using Sketchup & CAD software, coordinating closely with the design and build teams, and maintaining accurate project documentation. Additional daily tasks include interpreting architectural blueprints, reviewing specifications, and assisting with design revisions based on feedback from clients and team members.QualificationsProficiency in Sketchup / CAD / D5 / Enscape software and other relevant drafting toolsStrong skills in technical drawing and understanding of architectural blueprintsAbility to communicate and collaborate effectively with design and build teamsKnowledge of local building codes and regulationsKeen attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesCertificate / Nitec / diploma in Architectural Design, Interior Design, or a related fieldPrevious experience in interior design or architectural drafting, preferably in Islamic interiors, is a plusProficiency in project management tools or multi-tasking within tight deadlines is desirable
