We care about great design, good systems, good coffee… and each other.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll work across new homes and renovations, taking projects from early concept ideas through to full structural documentation.Your week will be a healthy mix of drafting, design development, problem-solving, and chatting with clients either in our office or onsite.And because balance matters, you’ll enjoy a 9-day fortnight with every second Friday off.Who You AreYou’re someone who:Has 2 + years of residential drafting experienceIs confident using RevitCan show a small portfolio of your workLoves detail and accuracyCommunicates clearly and warmly with clientsIs organised, self-motivated, and tech-savvyBrings a relaxed, positive attitude to the teamFormal qualifications aren’t essential - skill, initiative and attitude matter more to us.Salary will be negotiated based on experience.If you want to grow your skills in a studio that truly values people and good design, we’d love to hear from you!
