With three projects starting this year and many more on the horizon, it’s the perfect time to join us on the journey.The RoleWe’re looking for a Production Drafter who’s passionate about design, detail, and doing things the right way. You’ll be hands-on, customising block designs, plotting layouts, and producing clear and accurate documentation in ArchiCAD.This isn’t a role where you’ll be hidden away in the background – you’ll be part of a close-knit team where everyone rolls up their sleeves, supports one another, and shares in the excitement of what we’re building.A day in this role might start with a quick catch-up over coffee with the team to run through priorities, followed by time in ArchiCAD customising block layouts or finalising documentation. Midday, you might walk through a design challenge with one of our site managers or team members – bouncing around ideas until the solution feels just right. Afternoons are often a mix of focused drafting work and checking in with colleagues on progress, making sure everything ties together smoothly. No two days are exactly the same, but the common thread is teamwork, problem-solving, and the satisfaction of seeing designs come to life.What We’re Looking ForWe’d love to meet someone who’s not only technically strong but also a self-starter with initiative – someone who enjoys collaborating, problem-solving, and being part of a team that’s all mucking in together.
