PurposeThe DRS technician has for duty the management of the software for the daily credits to clients account and the installation, repair and maintenance of the compusafe materials and softwares.Principal AccountabilitiesEnsure compliance with governance rules such as SOX, Health & Safety and Brinks policiesInstallation, reparation, maintenance of smart safes as per standard and proceduresCreate client account on the relevant softwarePerform reconciliation of daily report of fund physically received from the Smart Safe and the daily credit. Preparation of planning in regard to installation and maintenance on Smart Safe to be submitted on a weekly basis to the ATM Supervisor and Cash Services Branch Manager for approvalEnsure that all client requests are attended in a timely manner as per contractual obligation.Ensure that installations and interventions are made with the highest workmanship and within budget and time scheduled.Always fill in a job card as per procedures for any task effected which should be signed by the clientAlways advise the client in the best way possible before proceeding with the work ahead (especially where civil works and hardware are involved),Always feedback in time to the superior any problems ahead.Attend to any urgent intervention requested even at odd hours, due to the nature of the business.Ensure that all tools, equipment and vehicles are well kept and safeguarded against lost, abuse, accidents, etc.Prepare monthly KPIs in accordance to the department requirements as per Brink’s StandardReport at any time when requested your state of progress in the work of duties.Ensure that petrol details for vehicles are submitted in time to the Superior.Input on a daily basis intervention details on the provided dashboardSubmit the filled timesheet on a daily basis to the ATM supervisor on the next working dayGood store management of the available partOrder when necessary parts needed to ensure the continuous flow of materials upon interventionEnsure that all unused materials are returned to store after installations.Be responsible for all materials sent onsite against theft and misplacement.Ensure traceability of materials on the stock management softwareConduct inventory as and when requiredLiaise with suppliers (local and international) as and when requiredBe always a good ambassador for Brink’s (Mauritius) ltd in all dealings with client.Ensure that the uniform grooming policy is respected since the Smart Safe technicians deals directly with clients.Educate and train the client on the Smart Safe System utilisationAny other cognitive duties as requested by the managementKnowledge & ExperienceMinimum SCProven experience in mechanical/electronicsCertificate in NetworkingMinimum 2 years of experience in any cash operations services – preferably in ATM, CIT or Vault managementExperience in customer managementDriving LicenceCompetencies High attention to detail, analytical for decision makingExcellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skillsHigh sense of ethics and integrityExcellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skillsExcellence communication – verbal, written in English and FrenchAbility to work flexible hours where required
